Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Tangier

Arrive in the coastal city of Tangier. Transfer to your accommodation. Take the rest of the day to relax or explore the charming medina, with its narrow streets and vibrant markets. Day 2: Tangier to Chefchaouen

Day 3: Chefchaouen to Fes

After arriving, take a guided tour through Fes el-Bali, the historical medina and UNESCO World Heritage site. Day 4: Fes to Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

Day 6: Merzouga to Ouarzazate via Todra Gorges

After a memorable morning in the Sahara Desert, begin your journey to Ouarzazate. On the way, you’ll pass through the spectacular Todra Gorges, one of Morocco’s most stunning natural sites. The dramatic canyon features towering limestone cliffs and a river that runs through the gorge. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the river and take in the awe-inspiring views of the cliffs. Day 7: Ouarzazate – Ait Ben Haddou – High Atlas – Marrakech

After breakfast, head out to visit the iconic Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Morocco’s most famous ksars (fortified villages). You’ll have time to explore the maze of mud-brick homes and narrow alleyways before continuing your journey.

Next, drive through the High Atlas Mountains, one of Morocco’s most breathtaking landscapes. As you drive through Tizi n’Tichka Pass, enjoy panoramic views of the rugged terrain, Berber villages, and terraced fields. You’ll arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. After checking into your accommodation, take a relaxing evening to unwind and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city, perhaps exploring the famous Jemaa el-Fna square or enjoying a traditional Moroccan dinner.

Day 8: Full Day Exploration of Marrakech

Today we will explore historical and cultural wonders of Marrakech. Start your day with a visit to the Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech, known for its beautiful minaret that towers over the city. Then, head to the Bahia Palace, an exquisite 19th-century palace with stunning gardens, intricate tilework, and beautiful courtyards.

Continue exploring the Saadian Tombs, which date back to the 16th century, and discover the fascinating history of the Saadian dynasty. Afterward, wander through the famous Majorelle Garden, a peaceful oasis with vibrant blue buildings and a stunning collection of plants. On your final day, transfer to Tangier or Marrakech Airport, depending on your departure location. If you are flying from Marrakech, enjoy your last moments in the city before heading to the airport. If you are heading to Tangier, you’ll drive through scenic landscapes, crossing Casablanca, Rabat and arriving at the port city of Tangier in time for your flight.
